The ESC strives to ensure that any Website Information it provides is accurate, and encourages Account Holders to ensure the same. However, the ESC does not warrant the accuracy, currency or completeness of any of the Website Information, including any statements relating to the Act. You should not use or rely on the Website Information as a substitute for professional advice.
Availability of VEET Website
The ESC makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the VEET website is available for users but does not warrant that the VEET website will be error free or that your use of it will be error free or uninterrupted.
You acknowledge and agree that the ESC will not be held liable for any failure or inability to provide continuous, error free, uninterrupted access to and use of the VEET website. At any time and without notice, the ESC may (subject to any relevant statutory obligations) suspend the VEET website or its operation, or disconnect or deny your access to any part of it, including:
